Manufacturing Engineer in Bangalore, भारत

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing engineering operations in Bangalore. The role encompasses process development, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient and compliant production of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update controlled technical documents including prints, procedures, and bills of materials using Windchill, JDE, Vault, and Teamcenter
• Support diverse manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, heat treating, molding, and bonding
• Create and update Material Description Cards, Manufacturing Material Impact Assessments, and Measurement Instruction Sheets
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering teams to resolve changes and ensure documentation accuracy
• Develop and optimize process methods to meet performance and quality requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proficiency with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with quality and statistical problem-solving tools
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with medium complexity
