Agilent seeks an instructor for its Manesar CrossLab Education Center to deliver technical training in LC, GC, and software applications. The role combines classroom instruction, lab sessions, and e-learning delivery with instrument maintenance and mentor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver approved training courses via classroom lectures, laboratory sessions, and remote e-learning
  • Partner with Product Support Teams to improve and develop training materials
  • Maintain laboratories and instruments; manage assets, consumables, and spare parts inventory
  • Maintain expertise in assigned products and technologies
  • Mentor Certified Instructors in content knowledge and training delivery techniques

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 4+ years of service experience with scientific instruments
  • Field service engineer training experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
  • Results-oriented and accountable mindset
