Responsibilities
Deliver approved training courses via classroom lectures, laboratory sessions, and remote e-learning
Partner with Product Support Teams to improve and develop training materials
Maintain laboratories and instruments; manage assets, consumables, and spare parts inventory
Maintain expertise in assigned products and technologies
Mentor Certified Instructors in content knowledge and training delivery techniques
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
4+ years of service experience with scientific instruments
Field service engineer training experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
