Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• 1. Lead enterprise compliance programs across NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 1, SOC 2, ISMAP, IRAP, Cloud Security and AI governance frameworks. 2. Design, implement and continuously improve enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with business objectives, customer commitments, and regulatory requirements. 3. Develop compliance strategies, annual assessment plans, governance metrics and executive reporting mechanisms. 4. Conduct compliance assessments, gap analysis, control testing, and audit readiness reviews. 5. Evaluate effectiveness of key technology controls including but not limited to SDLC, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cryptography & Key Management, Data Protection & Privacy Controls, Vulnerability Management, Backup & Recovery etc. 6. Assess cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP against security and regulatory requirements. 7. Partner with engineering and cloud teams to embed security and compliance controls within cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines. 8. Lead security, risk, and governance assessments for AI/GenAI/ Agentic AI systems and platforms. 9. Define remediation roadmaps and track closure of compliance findings. 10. Drive automation of compliance and assurance activities through AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, GRC platforms, and workflow automation solutions. 11. Establish governance mechanisms and reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders 12. Present compliance posture, risk insights, audit trends, and transformation roadmaps to executive management 13. Lead and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Master of Science in Data Science
• Master of Business Administration
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Cybersecurity (5+ years)
