AbbVie seeks a Strategy and Project Management Manager in Bengaluru to establish project governance, oversee new product planning and launch strategies, and drive commercial growth across the affiliate. The role combines operational oversight with strategic market assessment and pipeline evaluation for the India region.
Responsibilities
Establish and manage a Project Management Office to track and monitor key affiliate projects
Develop pricing and positioning strategies aligned with product strategic goals and regulatory timelines
Lead new product planning and launch strategies, assessing market opportunities and pipeline potential
Conduct market analysis and business case evaluations for pipeline opportunities with regional and global stakeholders
Support implementation of processes, tools, and infrastructure improvements across the affiliate
Requirements
Post-graduate degree in medical, pharmaceutical sciences, or business studies
3-5 years of experience with Tier-1 consulting firms
Project management and budget management experience
Understanding of new product launch and development processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent cross-functional relationship building and communication skills
Data analysis, reporting, and business acumen expertise
