Role Overview
One of our multinational financial institution clients operating in India is looking for an experienced Manager Security Analytics & Operations to join its technology and operations team in Hyderabad. The successful professional will work in a large-scale, regulated enterprise environment and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze enterprise security events and telemetry.
Develop and improve detection, monitoring and investigation processes.
Investigate suspicious activity and support incident response.
Automate repeatable security operations and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, risk and cybersecurity teams to strengthen controls.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, security analytics or monitoring within enterprise environments.
Knowledge of logs, identity, database or infrastructure security controls.
Scripting or automation capability and strong incident-analysis skills.
Clear communication and ability to work with distributed/global teams.
Commitment to quality, security, reliability and disciplined enterprise delivery.
Ability to work effectively in a regulated financial-services environment.
