*Position:* Manager – Sales & CRM (Salesforce)
*Location:* Andheri, Mumbai
*Qualification:* Graduate, preferably in Chemistry, with MBA in Marketing / International Business
*Experience:* Min 5 Years
*Salary:* Upto15 LPA (Not limited for Right Candidate)

⭐ *Key Skills Required:*
✅ Experience in Sales & Distribution Administration in the Chemical Industry
✅ Mandatory knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM
✅ Knowledge of Fine Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals, Personal & Healthcare Chemicals, Triazine-Based Chemicals or UV Absorbers
✅ Knowledge of International Business Operations and Exports
✅ Experience in Distributor Management and Customer Relationship Management

*Job Responsibilities:*
Manage sales and distribution administration for industrial chemicals.
Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, Logistics teams and distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor customer and distributor performance, sales targets and actual sales, and follow up on target achievement.
Track customer visits and follow-up activities to generate business.
Handle distributor documentation, including NDAs, distributor agreements, supply agreements and exclusivity agreements.
Manage daily email correspondence, coordination and support for distributors and the internal sales team.
