Responsibilities
Lead quality system process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
Manage Quality Management System operations and support process owners, particularly for supplier and third-party manufacturer quality
Develop and maintain documentation, tracking systems, and data management for QMS processes
Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Process Owner for assigned quality systems within EPD framework
Coordinate global initiatives with Business Units and participate on cross-functional QA teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, microbiology, or related technical/scientific field
5-8 years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience
Knowledge of quality system regulations and compliance standards
Advanced written and verbal business English communication skills
Data analysis and quality metrics trending expertise
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
Leadership, project management, and problem-solving capabilities
