As a Manager Procurement Cost Engineering you will have the opportunity to lead the global Procurement Cost Engineering team and partners closely with Category Management and Regional Procurement to support sourcing decisions, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives. https://jobeax.com/link/mPPOn5qkLRNEXNDV new cost estimating software and develop supporting processes to ensure effective integration into the business. Establish costing standards and best practices to ensure consistent and accurate cost modeling across regions and categories.

Experience: 

1. 7-10+ years of experience in cost engineering, product costing, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing.

2. Experience developing should-cost models and supporting sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations. 

3. Experience with should-cost modelling and cost estimating tools and leading cross-functional projects.

4. Prior team leadership experience.
