The Manager – IP Services role provides technical leadership and governance for enterprise IP services and application delivery platforms. The role is accountable for end-to-end solution delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic evolution of IP services across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Overall accountability for delivery and stability of IP Services platforms
Architect, review, and govern solutions based on F5, Infoblox, and NGINX technologies
Act as subject matter expert for application delivery, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services
Lead design and adoption of scalable, secure, and automated IP services architectures
Drive automation strategy leveraging scripting and open-source technologies
Manage multiple dependencies, vendors, and senior stakeholders
Oversee incident management, RCA, service improvement, and risk mitigation
Mentor senior engineers and drive operational excellence
