Amgen seeks an experienced Manager of Motion Graphics & Design in Hyderabad to lead creative teams in translating complex scientific concepts into compelling visual communications. The role combines hands-on motion design expertise with creative leadership, requiring proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and video production.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and produce sophisticated motion graphics, animation and visual effects for corporate and scientific communications
• Translate complex medical and technical information into clear, engaging visual stories for diverse audiences
• Lead full project lifecycle from creative brief through post-production and final delivery
• Manage and mentor designers, motion artists and editors with creative direction and feedback
• Film, edit and integrate live-action footage with motion graphics, compositing and VFX into polished productions

Requirements

• 8+ years in motion graphics, video production, animation or related creative field
• 4+ years managing creative professionals with mentoring and project oversight
• Expert-level Adobe After Effects; advanced Premiere Pro and Photoshop skills
• Demonstrated experience in video production, cinematography and on-set workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, VFX, editing and visual storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex scientific and technical information visually
• Excellent communication, collaboration and performance under tight deadlines
