Regeneron seeks a Manager for Local Lab Delivery in Hyderabad to oversee laboratory reference range data management and quality control supporting clinical development. The role involves leading a team of specialists, managing end-to-end laboratory data processes, and collaborating across clinical and operational functions.
Responsibilities
Lead operational delivery of local laboratory data activities across clinical studies with quality oversight and issue resolution
Oversee intake, interpretation, quality control, and delivery of laboratory reference ranges and associated metadata
Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of laboratory information within EDC systems
Serve as escalation point for complex laboratory data issues and lead remediation activities
Lead, mentor, and manage team of Local Lab Delivery Specialists with performance and development oversight
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science, Health, Data Management, Mathematics, Computing, or related field
7+ years Clinical Data Management experience in biotech, pharma, CRO, or healthcare
5+ years Local Laboratory Delivery experience and 2+ years people management experience
Advanced knowledge of reference range management, analyte interpretation, and unit conversions
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, EDC systems, and laboratory administration systems
Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA development, and process remediation
Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
