Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Inventory Planning & Coordination Manager to oversee clinical supply chain operations, maintaining global inventory visibility and coordinating drug distribution across clinical trials. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with supply teams, logistics providers, and depot partners to ensure uninterrupted investigational product delivery to patients.
Responsibilities
Coordinate clinical drug supply delivery planning with Trial Supply Managers and Clinical Supply Leads to ensure adequate product availability
Monitor depot inventory levels, expiry dates, and proactively identify supply risks to prevent shortages
Lead operational coordination with logistics, warehouses, and depot providers for timely inventory movements
Track Qualified Person release activities and manage approved inventory allocations against established milestone dates
Escalate supply constraints and execution risks to responsible stakeholders, recommending alternative strategies
Requirements
Minimum 2 years supply chain or pharmaceutical industry experience
Minimum 1 year clinical development experience with global exposure
Moderate knowledge of global drug development and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills and cross-functional negotiation abilities
