Responsibilities
Execute record-to-report accounting activities for the Hyderabad center of excellence
Lead and motivate finance team members to deliver exceptional results
Ensure seamless execution of R2R processes and activities
Support accounting operations and financial close activities
Requirements
6-8 years experience in record-to-report accounting (CA/CMA qualified)
8+ years experience without CA/CMA certification
Expert knowledge of R2R accounting processes and controls
Understanding of business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics
Excellent leadership and team motivation abilities
