Responsibilities

• Execute record-to-report accounting activities for the Hyderabad center of excellence
• Lead and motivate finance team members to deliver exceptional results
• Ensure seamless execution of R2R processes and activities
• Support accounting operations and financial close activities

Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in record-to-report accounting (CA/CMA qualified)
• 8+ years experience without CA/CMA certification
• Expert knowledge of R2R accounting processes and controls
• Understanding of business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics
• Excellent leadership and team motivation abilities
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
