Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Finance Manager in Mumbai to support sustainable business growth through financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The role involves partnering with business leaders on operating plans, forecasts, and performance reviews while driving profitability and operational improvements across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize annual operating plans and monthly rolling forecasts with leadership
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to analyze variances and drive corrective actions
• Deliver revenue and EBITDA targets through financial reporting, analytics, and margin improvement initiatives
• Oversee P&L management, inventory optimization, and working capital efficiency
• Drive process standardization, automation, and compliance through system improvements

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 6–8 years post-qualification experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems (E1 or SAP)
• Strong financial analysis and business acumen
• Team and people management capabilities
• Experience in multi-cultural and matrix organization environments
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
