Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Provide expert legal guidance on employment, labour, and industrial relations https://jobeax.com/link/iEU0bvqlyM59V931 labour laws, regulations, case laws, and assess their impact on organizational policies and practices.
- Review employee-related contracts, agreements, notices, and legal communications.
- Lead and manage labour court, industrial tribunal, conciliation, arbitration, and employment-related legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels for case preparation, strategy, and representation.
- Prepare legal briefs, responses, affidavits, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor ongoing litigation and provide regular updates on risks, exposure, and case status.
- Develop legal risk mitigation plans based on case trends and precedents.
