Labcorp seeks a Manager, Enterprise Systems to design and deliver reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms. The role combines technical expertise in data visualization and semantic modeling with strategic partnership with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities leveraging enterprise data for strategic business outcomes
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions using Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and optimize data pipelines, models, and structures for reporting workloads
• Mentor junior developers and analysts while promoting best practices in reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled delivery
• Present proof-of-concepts and solution recommendations to business and technology stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or related field
• 10+ years delivering reporting, business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization solutions
• 5+ years hands-on Power BI experience including report development, dashboards, semantic modeling, and DAX
• 5+ years delivering end-to-end Power BI and/or Tableau implementations from requirements through production
• 3+ years working with Snowflake, Databricks, or modern cloud-based data platforms
• 4+ years developing and supporting ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions
• 2+ years leveraging AI features in Power BI and other analytics platforms
