Fortrea seeks a Manager for External Data Specialists in Bangalore to oversee clinical data management operations, including EDC activities, staff supervision, and quality assurance. Responsibilities
Manage resources and staff to meet or exceed business Service Level Agreements using forecast models
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff; oversee EDC activities, data entry, and eTMF documentation tasks
Monitor productivity and quality indicators for global staff; support recruitment efforts
Identify and implement solutions to regional data management issues and drive process improvements
Ensure staff compliance with quality management and GCP standards for accurate, timely clinical data delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent allied health certification
8–10 years relevant work experience with 2–4 years supervisory experience
2+ years managing User Account Management, Data Entry, or eTMF Documentation
Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop teams of 10–15 staff members
Thorough knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and clinical trial processes
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Familiarity with clinical development budgets and resource management systems
