Key Responsibilities

● Campaign brainstorming and creative direction: Lead ideation sessions to develop fresh sale campaign concepts based on business objectives, customer preferences, seasonal themes, and previous campaign learnings. Create mood boards and visual directions, and translate selected ideas into cohesive campaign designs.

● Sale campaign execution: Oversee campaigns from concept to final delivery, defining imagery, typography, colours, product presentation, and offer hierarchy. Ensure the campaign identity works consistently across platform placements and supporting communication.

● Platform creative management: Own homepage banners, category pages, store pages, cover widgets, promotional tiles, and product-led creatives. Maintain a fresh, engaging visual experience with clear messaging, prominent offers, and effective calls to action.

● Daily operations and delivery: Plan and manage everyday creative requirements alongside major campaigns. Allocate resources, prioritise requests, consolidate feedback, and coordinate approvals and handoffs to meet launch timelines.

● CTR tracking and creative optimisation: Regularly monitor click-through rates across key creatives and placements. Identify performance trends, test design variations, and apply learnings to improve layouts, imagery, messaging, and customer engagement.

● AI adoption and automation: Explore and implement AI tools for concept visualisation, image generation, creative adaptations, and production support. Build a phased approach towards automation through reusable templates, bulk creation, and streamlined workflows, while ensuring brand consistency and product accuracy.

● Team leadership and development: Guide designers and interns through clear briefs, constructive feedback, and design reviews. Manage workload and build team capabilities in campaign design, performance-led thinking, and AI-assisted production.

● Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Revenue, Marketing, Brand, Product, CRM, and Operations teams to align creative execution with business priorities. Clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth implementation across the platform.

● Quality and process improvement: Maintain high standards of visual quality, content accuracy, and platform compliance. Develop SOPs, organise asset libraries, and improve production processes to reduce turnaround time, errors, and rework.

Key Skills and Competencies

● Strong visual design, art direction, typography, and layout skills.

● Experience in e-commerce creatives, sale campaigns, and high-volume production.

● Ability to interpret CTR data and translate insights into design improvements.

● Proficiency in design software and working knowledge of AI and automation tools.

● Strong team leadership, stakeholder communication, and project management skills.

● Ability to balance creative quality, business goals, and delivery timelines.
