Labcorp seeks an experienced Manager of Data Management in Bengaluru to lead a clinical data management team supporting global research programs. The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop clinical data management team of up to 20 direct reports
• Oversee day-to-day data management activities and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders; manage expectations and escalations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement global standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Management, or related field
• 10+ years in clinical research, data management, or healthcare environments
• 2+ years of people or project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management methodologies, and regulations
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
• Demonstrated experience supporting clinical trials and drug development programs
