Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop clinical data management team of up to 20 direct reports
Oversee day-to-day data management activities and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Serve as primary contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders; manage expectations and escalations
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance
Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement global standard operating procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Management, or related field
10+ years in clinical research, data management, or healthcare environments
2+ years of people or project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management methodologies, and regulations
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
Demonstrated experience supporting clinical trials and drug development programs
