Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of CRM developers, administrators, analysts, and support resources
Manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and DevOps delivery across sales, service, marketing, and customer experience processes
Translate business GTM priorities into scalable Salesforce solutions and delivery roadmaps with stakeholder partnerships
Oversee project planning, resource prioritization, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication
Drive continuous improvement in platform stability, delivery quality, incident resolution, and support processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years enterprise application delivery experience with 6+ years Salesforce implementation and production support
4+ years people management experience including team leadership and performance development
Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
4+ years managing Salesforce DevOps practices including Git-based source control, Gearset, CI/CD, and release governance
Demonstrated experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery models and enterprise system integrations
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer II, or Architect) preferred
