Pfizer seeks a Manager, Clinical Data Scientist to lead Clinical Data and Information Sciences activities across clinical trials. The role involves overseeing data management deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing data manager teams, and collaborating with cross-functional study partners to maintain data quality and trial readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Clinical Data and Information Sciences activities and deliverables for assigned clinical trials
  • Lead and provide direction to Data Managers; ensure regulatory and procedural compliance
  • Establish data acquisition standards, quality risk indicators, and data management strategies with study teams
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency to meet study timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure trial readiness and manage third-party data provider relationships

Requirements

  • Clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D settings
  • Knowledge of data standards, GCDMPs, ALCOA principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Leadership experience managing data management teams and clinical trial operations
  • Technical expertise in clinical trial data collection, processing, and reporting
  • Familiarity with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and trial management systems
