Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development activities for synthetic drug products from development through commercialization
• Oversee analytical method development, validation, transfer, and robustness assessments
• Review and approve analytical protocols, reports, specifications, and validation documents
• Manage team planning, project prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across development programs
• Lead, coach, and develop scientist team members while establishing high-performance culture

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical analytical development expertise with regulatory knowledge
• Experience leading scientific teams in drug development environments
• Proficiency in analytical method development, validation, and transfer
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
