Manager role focused on developing and scaling agentic AI solutions for Amgen's commercial and analytics functions. This position involves translating business requirements into AI implementations, collaborating across technical and business teams, and managing the full lifecycle of AI solution deployment.
Responsibilities
Execute and scale agentic AI solutions aligned with commercial use cases and roadmap
Develop end-to-end AI solutions from requirements through prototyping, testing, and deployment
Apply prompt engineering and data science techniques to optimize LLM-powered agents and workflows
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, data science, engineering, and governance functions
Provide stakeholder updates on solution performance, risks, and readiness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field
Advanced proficiency with generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI paradigms
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML or generative AI solutions
Practical expertise in prompt engineering, LLM workflows, and AI solution prototyping
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML tools and cloud platforms
Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data solutions
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
