About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise day-to-day dark store operations across inbound, inventory, picking, dispatch, and outbound.
2. Drive fulfilment SLAs across 30-minute, 120-minute, and same-day deliveries.
3. Track and improve fulfilment TAT, picking accuracy, dispatch timelines and store productivity.
4. Support manpower planning, shift management and workforce productivity.
5. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, audits and reconciliation.
