About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day dark store operations across inbound, inventory, picking, dispatch, and outbound.
2. Drive fulfilment SLAs across 30-minute, 120-minute, and same-day deliveries.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, audits and reconciliation.
3. Track and improve fulfilment TAT, picking accuracy, dispatch timelines, and store productivity.
4. Support manpower planning, shift management, and workforce productivity.
5. Work closely with delivery partners, vendors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
6. Maintain daily MIS, identify gaps, and drive process improvements on the ground.

Other requirements

1. 0–3 years of experience in Operations; strong fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

2. Exposure to quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or B2B operations is preferred.

3. Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with data/MIS.

4. Someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, and taking ownership, rather than working only from a desk.
