Designation: MIS Executive

Location: Gurugram

Job Profile:

-Responsible for maintaining and updating online/offline sales data, marketing and promotional data in MS Excel.

-Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing Distributor team for data preparation & follow up.

-Coordinate and maintain documentation related to PO, PI, invoices and sales orders.

-Maintain proper records and support the Sales Team with data analysis and reporting.

-Prepare timely reports as per schedule with accuracy of data.

-Preparing critical analytical report in excel dashboard & Power BI reports for management review.

- Working on & maintaining the data for billing system and schemes.

Skill Sets:

- Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory proficiency in advance formulas & understanding to use them in various ways as situation may demand.

-Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.

-Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

-Good knowledge of MS word, MS PowerPoint & Power BI.

-Ability to manage multiple reports and time management to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate Any Specialization

- 24 years of experience in MIS/Sales Coordination/Back Office preferred. Must have good command over MS excel and formulas.
