About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Run live maker sessions where kids design, build and test their own projects
2. Turn every session into an experience kids talk about at home
3. Coach kids through challenges- ask the right question instead of giving the answer
4. Spark curiosity, teamwork, independent thinking and creative confidence
5. Keep the studio safe: tools, materials and kids, every single session
6. Own your session: setup, materials, flow and wrap-up
7. Hold the room with warmth, energy and clear boundaries
8. Help launch and run new programs, workshops and camps as we grow
