Responsibilities
Develop and execute maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians; provide technical guidance and training
Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration activities
Troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures
Create and revise maintenance documentation, SOPs, and standardized processes
Requirements
Equipment maintenance and repair expertise with troubleshooting capabilities
Leadership experience managing maintenance technicians and engineers
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration procedures, and GMP standards
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with data reporting abilities
Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
