Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations
Experience Required: 7–8 years in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably in D2C/B2B environments and 3PL operations.

We are looking for a proactive and operations-focused Logistics Manager to take complete ownership of warehouse and logistics operations at TIGC. This role requires strong expertise in warehouse processes, inventory movement, dispatch planning, team coordination, and logistics management to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse functioning.
The candidate will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and SLA adherence across D2C and B2B channels.

Warehouse Operations Management

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure smooth material flow within the warehouse with minimum delays and operational issues.
Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes.

Dispatch & Fulfillment Operations

Oversee daily dispatch planning and execution for D2C and B2B orders.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are packed and dispatched within SLA timelines.
Ensure timely stock transfers between warehouses, marketplaces, and retail locations.
Inventory & Returns Management
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes.
Manage return operations, RTO handling, and reverse logistics coordination.
Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure operational discipline and productivity.

Coordinate with 3PL partners, transport vendors, and courier teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Support cost optimization initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations.

Track warehouse KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.

Ensure proper documentation and system updates in ERP/WMS platforms.
Collaborate with planning, customer support, and business teams for operational alignment.
