Why Join Human Loops?

Six months ago we were 20 people. Today we are 56. We are heading to 90. We are growing faster than anyone else in Nagpur right now, and we intend to keep it that way — building India's most serious Physical AI operations company from this city, for clients that include some of the biggest names in AI and robotics.

Growth like that changes what a job means. Roles here open faster than we can fill them from outside, which is why our Team Leads and managers come from our own floor. Join now and you will not be doing the same job a year from now.

This is a fast-paced environment and we are direct about that. We are looking for hard hitters people who want to do something real with their working life and grow as the company grows, not people looking for a comfortable seat.

Nagpur has no shortage of companies content with average. We are not trying to be one of them. We are building a company here that runs on growth and hard work, and that proves world-class operations can be built from this city.

The data you handle becomes the training set behind real robotic systems. If you are precise, dependable, and want to grow with a company moving at this speed, we want to meet you.
