Role Description The Logistics Specialist role at EziBizi is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Logistics Specialist will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, overseeing order fulfillment, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate execution. This role will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers to optimize supply chain processes and resolve logistics issues. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation for domestic and export movements, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Logistics Specialist will also support continuous improvement initiatives, analyze operational data, and contribute to efficient, customer-focused logistics solutions.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify patterns, and support process improvements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management to coordinate shipments, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
Candidates should possess Export-related skills and understanding of export procedures, documentation, and compliance.
Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in commerce or e-commerce environments.
Proficiency with logistics or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
