Brief about the Profile:- Profile Name: Head of Technology- Education: BSC IT, BCA, B.E, https://jobeax.com/link/2DENLGgQM7whDhaE, MCA, MSC IT or related degrees- Required Experience: 10 to 15 years- Number of position: 1- Location: Western line - (Churchgate to Virar)- Type: Full Time and Work from officeSkills:- 10+ years of overall technology experience, with strong Technical Architecture and leadership experience.- Strong experience in Fintech, Lending/Loan solutions, LOS, and B2B applications.- Strong understanding of Product Engineering, Microservices, SOA, database design, and scalable system architecture.- Tech Stack: PHP, Python, Kotlin, https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL/MongoDB, AWS/Azure, and ELK/observability tools.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior and client levels.Responsibilities:- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and product objectives.- Lead solution architecture for scalable, high-performance, secure, and reliable fintech/lending products.- Drive end-to-end product engineering, technical delivery, and software quality.- Provide technical leadership across Development, DevOps, Product, and Implementation teams.- Evaluate technical feasibility, build POCs, and resolve complex technical challenges hands-on when required.- Drive adoption of AI/ML and emerging technologies to improve product capabilities, automation, and efficiency.- Establish strong application security, data protection, and compliance practices across technology initiatives.- Own cloud and infrastructure architecture across AWS/Azure, including availability, monitoring, performance, and cost optimization.- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release engineering, and reliable deployment practices.- Establish architecture governance, coding standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth product integration with client environments.- Act as a client-facing technology representative for technical discussions, issue resolution, solutioning, and requirement understanding.- Participate in client pitches, technical presentations, solution discussions, and pre-sales engagements.- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, frameworks, and platforms for business and product innovation.- Mentor technical leaders and engineers and strengthen the overall technical capability of the organization.- Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, Implementation, and senior stakeholders to deliver technology outcomes.
