Responsibilities
Administer and maintain LMS platform; escalate support issues as needed
Provide training and support to instructors, learners, and business users on LMS functionality
Perform content management and configuration within LMS; manage assigned business unit content
Assist with data migrations, user acceptance testing, and process improvement initiatives
Monitor support incidents, run system reports, and execute special projects as assigned
Requirements
Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of LMS technical issues
Intermediate LMS content management and tier 2 support experience
End-user training capability in LMS features and functionality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational/work experience
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work independently or in teams
Analytical and interpersonal skills with capacity to learn and grow
