Requirements

• Possess at least one year of prior experience working within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  
• Demonstrate strong active listening skills and the ability to analyze situations quickly.
  
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer scenarios.
  
• Show proficiency in professional communication and customer interaction management.
  
• Maintain high standards of verbal communication skills.
  
• Achieve a required level of English fluency as confirmed by a Versant assessment.
  
• Be prepared to work within the salary range of ₹3-4 LPA.
