About the job

We're looking for a LinkedIn Executive to manage outreach and engagement for our founder and executive clients. You'll be responsible for building their visibility, starting the right conversations and turning connections into booked calls. This is a hands-on role for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented and wants to grow in B2B marketing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
2. Write personalised connection requests and follow-up messages
3. Manage the full outreach cycle: requests, follow-ups, replies and call booking
4. Track every prospect and conversation accurately in the outreach tracker
5. Run daily engagement on client accounts with their target audience
6. Write thoughtful, relevant comments that build the client's personal brand
7. Support engagement on client company pages
8. Spot potential leads and opportunities while engaging
9. Share a daily report with outreach and engagement numbers
10. Share a weekly summary with results, learnings and ideas to improve
11. Flag blockers or delays early, before deadlines

1. 0 to 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation or digital marketing (freshers with strong LinkedIn knowledge are welcome)

2. Clear, professional written English

3. Strong understanding of how LinkedIn works for B2B and personal branding

4. Highly organised, with strong follow-up discipline

5. Takes ownership and asks questions when stuck

6. Comfortable with targets and daily reporting

7. Experience with Sales Navigator

8. Experience working with international (US, UK, UAE) clients
