About the job

Do you have a background in Medicine, Nursing, or Biology? AI is being used more and more in healthcare, but it needs experts to make sure the information it gives is safe and accurate. At TELUS Digital, we are looking for people with medical knowledge to check AI-generated health content. You don't need to be a doctor or a tech expert: you just need your medical degree to help the AI "learn" the right facts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fact-Check Health Info: Read an AI's answer about a medical topic and make sure the facts are 100% correct and up-to-date.
2. Review Medical Terms: Ensure the AI is using the right names for bones, muscles, medicines, or conditions so it sounds professional.
3. Safety First: If the AI gives health advice that seems dangerous or wrong, you flag it immediately to help keep users safe.
4. Explain Simply: Help the AI take complicated medical research and rewrite it in a way that a regular person can understand clearly.:

Assessment:

In order to be hired into our community, you'll go through a subject-specific qualification exam that will determine your suitability for the position and complete ID verification.

Why Join the TELUS Digital AI Community:

1. Community Connection: Work remotely as part of a 1M+ diverse global AI Community of contributors and experts.
2. Impactful Expertise: Use your native language and academic degree to shape real-world AI systems and products used by millions every day.
3. Hands-on Innovation: Gain experience in the latest AI research, evaluation, and fine-tuning methodologies.
4. Global Collaboration: Collaborate with a network of specialists across 20+ domains and 500+ languages and dialects.
