Hiring: Librarian (English Medium School) | Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad

A reputed English Medium State Board School in Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad is looking for a Librarian .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science (B.Lib./B.Lib.I.Sc.)
  
• Master's Degree in Library & Information Science (M.Lib./M.Lib.I.Sc.) preferred
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Librarian in a school/educational institution
  
• Knowledge of library management systems and cataloguing
  
• Good computer skills and record management
  

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking skills
  
• Passion for literacy, reading, and books
  
• Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities
  
• Ability to conduct reading programs and engage students in literary activities
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  

Added Advantage:

• Ability to teach Classical Dance
  
• Proficiency in any additional language
  

Work Timings:

• Regular school timings: 7:20 AM to 1:30 PM (6 hours)
  
• On certain days, candidates may be required to stay till 3:30 PM (up to 8 hours) based on school activities and requirements
  

Salary: Up to ₹23,000 CTC
