About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and legal support to the team.
2. Coordinate with team members, colleagues, and external counsel on legal matters.
3. Support contract negotiation and execution processes.
4. Conduct legal research as required.
5. Develop and implement process improvements for legal support services.
6. Draft, revise, and maintain template agreements and training materials.
7. Assist with basic legal and procedural tasks.
8. Create, proofread, and format documents and presentations.
9. Maintain up-to-date legal files, correspondence, and records.
10. Support legal marketing and networking initiatives as directed.
11. Perform general administrative duties with trainees or legal associates.
12. Coordinate litigation documentation across teams.
13. Visit courts for filings and appearances when required.
