Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct trademark research, manage trademark filings, respond to examination reports, and handle oppositions, counter-statements, and related proceedings.
2. Manage communication and administration of existing trademark portfolios.
3. Draft commercial contracts, due diligence (DD) documents, and investment transaction documents.
4. Draft legal notices and related legal correspondence.
5. Act as external legal counsel for corporates and provide general corporate advisory on employment laws.
