Learning Technology Engineer in Bangalore, भारत

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Lead Engineer for their enterprise learning platform to shape technical strategy, oversee platform architecture, and deliver capability improvements across the global workforce. This role combines product ownership, platform engineering, and cross-functional leadership in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish product vision, governance model, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives
• Provide technical direction for platform architecture, integrations, security, analytics, and scalability
• Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized backlog and lead delivery of enhancements using Agile practices
• Partner with HR, compliance, security, and technology leaders to define platform capabilities and resolve trade-offs
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee KPIs for availability, performance, adoption, and operational outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• 4-7 years enterprise technology, learning technologies, or software engineering experience
• 4+ years administering and configuring enterprise Learning Management Systems
• Proven track record owning strategy and lifecycle of global-scale SaaS platforms
• Strong expertise in enterprise integrations, APIs, identity management, and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of Agile product management and modern software delivery practices
• Experience operating technology products in regulated environments with quality and compliance controls
