Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Learning Management System Administrator to oversee LMS maintenance, course development, and user support across a global clinical research organization. The role involves managing training workflows, resolving technical issues, and supporting compliance activities in a virtual, multi-location environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain global LMS infrastructure and resolve technical issues from end users
Design and deploy learning activities including training modules, courses, and job-specific content
Manage user accounts, system documentation, and support center operations
Generate training reports and support audit/inspection activities
Train team members and lead assigned learning department projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years' experience with Cornerstone LMS or comparable platform
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English, written and verbal
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or CRO industry practices
Strong project management and customer service skills
