Train to Win: Design and deliver engaging onboarding, product, sales and process training for our sales team.
Turn Gaps Into Skills: Use call audits, performance data and manager feedback to identify skill gaps and build targeted training interventions.
Make Scripts Come Alive: Help salespeople move beyond scripts and learn how to have better, more natural customer conversations.
Build practical objection-handling frameworks, role plays and battle cards that help the team navigate real customer situations.
Coach, Don't Just Teach: Conduct role plays, call reviews and 1:1 coaching sessions to improve individual performance.
Keep Training Real: Continuously update training based on what's actually happening on the sales floor — not what looks good on a PowerPoint.
Track training effectiveness through conversion rates, productivity, quality scores, ramp-up time and other relevant sales metrics.
Partner With Sales Leaders: Work closely with Sales Managers to identify performance trends and create improvement plans.
Build the Playbook: Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, knowledge resources and sales enablement content.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, L&D, Sales Coaching or a high-performing sales role.
