Responsibilities
Develop test strategies, plans, and schedules for manual and automated testing efforts
Lead and mentor QA engineering teams; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Design and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, Selenium, and testing tools like NUnit
Oversee test execution, track results, generate reports, and manage defect tracking
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality standards and process improvements
Requirements
8–10 years of software testing and test automation experience
Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and Java for test script development
Expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and web automation frameworks
Strong SQL and database knowledge with query writing capabilities
Experience with API testing using RestSharp and RESTful principles
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD
Bachelor's degree or MCA in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
