Lead Sales Operations Coordinator role supporting commercial excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Coordinate cross-functional processes for contract proposals, budget modifications, and client deliverables while working with global teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional processes for contract proposals and budget modifications
Analyze client requirements and determine optimal resource allocation strategies
Develop financial proposals reflecting value proposition and supporting business growth
Prepare and review client-facing documents and proposals for accuracy
Support delivery of solutions within required timelines across global teams
Requirements
Master's degree plus 2 years sales operations, commercial support, or financial analysis experience
Business, Finance, Science, or Engineering background preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tool proficiency
Strong CRM systems knowledge (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP platform experience
Demonstrated expertise in budget analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
Project management certifications or CRM/financial analysis credentials preferred
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and work across time zones
