Responsibilities
Respond to field sales team inquiries regarding quotations, pricing, product information, and stock availability
Coordinate dispatch of equipment orders and communicate with customers, couriers, warehouse, and service providers
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to incorrect or delayed shipments
Participate in product and systems meetings to stay current on new offerings and process updates
Requirements
Science degree or related professional experience
5+ years customer service experience or previous sales background
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
