About the job

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

We are seeking a Lead Research Executive who can research healthcare professionals online, build accurate contact lists, and run first-touch email outreach for a US-based healthcare provider.

Key responsibilities:

1. Research healthcare professionals such as therapists, psychiatrists and doctors' offices in assigned US regions using Google, online directories etc.
2. Find and verify contact details such as practice name, email address and phone number.
3. Log and update prospect records accurately in the CRM.
4. Send introductory emails to verified prospects.
5. Hand off replies to the sales team and continue prospecting.
6. Work through search lists provided by the team and flag gaps or duplicates.

1. Prior experience in lead research, lead generation or prospecting.

2. Strong online research skills, including finding contact details beyond what directory listings show.

3. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.

4. Clear, professional written English.

5. Comfortable doing repetitive, high-volume research without losing accuracy.

6. Available to work 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

7. Shortlisted candidates will complete a 45-minute online assessment.
