Johnson & Johnson seeks a Lead for Reporting & Analytics to manage AI-driven digital initiatives within Global Supply Chain Services. The role combines advanced analytics, data engineering, and emerging AI technologies to deliver scalable solutions that improve organizational productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business dashboards and analytics solutions leveraging AI-powered tools
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations across cloud platforms
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver complex cross-functional projects
• Integrate agentic AI solutions into reporting workflows to identify operational efficiencies
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to data strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related digital domains
• Hands-on experience building advanced AI agents and generative AI solutions
• Expert proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Strong experience with cloud data platforms: Databricks, Azure Data Services, SQL Server
• Proficiency in Python and ETL/ELT pipeline design and implementation
• Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management ability
